Trompe l oeil make a reflection about Leipzig’s artistic and academic world, it’s relation with the art market and the pictoric tradition of Saxonia. It makes a narration since Lucas Carnach’s medieval Venus to Neo Rauch as a phenomenon from contemporary market, and the implications that these constructions have felt when defining the pictorial work means a way of reflection and as a livelihood.
